This week on the BOX...
DJ is groggy A-F... and decides to spend, well, way too long on manual transmission metaphors to explain the fact that he's just kinda tired - kinda just like everyone else.
DJ talks about the "new" model of stacking shows with talent and why it's just better that way. He also breaks down the "cost per band" on the ticket price/band talent differential for his coming Thanksgiving Eve show and decides that $2.50 per band is a pretty damn good deal. He offers to have people pay a second time to see the headliner, but that is quickly, and unsurprisingly, rejected by the masses.
DJ shares with the group the singularly pleasant and incredibly backhanded compliment he got from his bandmate recently as well what to expect from the new material R9 will be trotting out towards the end of the year. He also explains why he (almost) never played "Ollie's Point" before it became "Revolution!".
What Dino Skatepark might sound like in 10 years, tales from 'super social anxiety' land, a little Silverstein for Mikey and MORE!
